Thanks for the note. I’ve been where you are and can relate. The most important thing is to never quit. We all have our ups and downs – those won’t go away – it’s how we deal with them that counts. Alan, thanks for your site. Just found it this morning. 45, back hurts, shoulder hurts, really not liking the 40’s very much and quite honestly I’m mad as hell and need to make a change. VERY much appreciate your site. I’ve been kicking around joining crossfit or the Y. Something has to give, I’m not going out like this!

Wow. Way to put it. I think that everyone’s “somewhere” is a great way to look at it. This place, this somewhere is just a little bit different for us all. I remember a close friend of mine saying “My relationship with God is just that MY relationship, it isn’t open to anyone else”.

I can’t tell you how much that meant to me. If we choose to allow ourselves to tap into this “somewhere” I do agree – Life gets even more magnificent.
